The on-line appointment scheduler opens at 4:00pm on Thursday, February 13 to book appointments. 

The appointment scheduler closes at 4:00pm on Thursday, February 26.

Click on the “Register” tab and fill in the registration form to create your account. Once you have successfully registered, you can login to the system and then register your children by name.
